These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at our Apartments managed by WANDO. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Minimum Stay
- All bookings require a minimum stay of 32 nights (or as specified in your booking confirmation).
- The rental is for furnished accommodation intended for long-term residential use.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that does not meet the minimum stay requirement.
2. Pricing and Payment
- The quoted rate is based on the length of stay and includes the base nightly/monthly rate.
- Mandatory fees (non-refundable) will be added automatically:
- Cleaning fee
- Administrative fee
- Any other applicable fees shown at checkout
- Utilities (electricity, water, gas) are variable and calculated based on actual usage. An estimate may be provided at booking, but the final amount will be invoiced at the end of (or during) your stay. You agree to pay any additional utility charges promptly upon receipt of the invoice.
- Full payment (or the required deposit) is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Remaining balance, if any, is due before check-in.
- Late payments may incur fees.
3. Security Deposit
- A security deposit may be required and will be held to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or unpaid utilities.
- The deposit (or remaining balance) will be refunded within [e.g., 14–30] days after checkout, minus any deductions, along with an itemized explanation.
4. Check-in / Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 15:00.
- Standard check-out time: 13:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- You must return all keys/access cards at check-out.
5. House Rules
- Maximum occupancy: Strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your booking. Additional guests require prior written approval.
- The property is non-smoking (including balconies and windows). Smoking violations will result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction.
- No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior that may disturb neighbors.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval (possible extra fee).
- You are responsible for the care of all furniture, appliances, and provided items. Do not rearrange heavy furniture without permission.
- Subletting, re-renting, or using the property for commercial purposes (e.g., as a business location or for further short-term rentals) is strictly prohibited.
- You must keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
6. Services and Maintenance
- Linen Change Service (if booked): Provides fresh bed linens and towels on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly). Additional changes can be requested for an extra fee.
- You are responsible for day-to-day cleaning. A final professional cleaning is included in the mandatory cleaning fee.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately. Normal wear and tear is accepted, but damage caused by negligence will be charged to you.
7. Cancellation and Modifications
- Cancellations or date changes are subject to our cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
- For long-term stays, modifications (e.g., extending or shortening the stay) require at least 15 days written notice and are subject to availability and possible fees.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures.
8. Utilities and Final Charges
- You agree to allow access for meter readings if needed.
- Any outstanding utility charges, damages, or extra services will be invoiced after checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file or send a payment request.
9. Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings.
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the property or actions of your guests.
- The property is provided “as is.” We strive to maintain high standards, but minor issues may occur in a living space.
10. Termination of Stay
- We reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately (without refund) if you violate these terms, cause damage, disturb neighbors, or engage in illegal activity.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona / Catalunya.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any rules specific to your accommodation.
